Weather permitting, and the sun works slower than a dryer, so this can push your delivery back a day. We will let you know if it does.

Have dry cleaning too? Send it along with your Sparkleberry pickup. We’ll coordinate drop-off and pickup with our trusted local dry-cleaning partner and bring it back to you when it’s ready.

A $10 concierge fee applies per dry-cleaning order, plus the dry cleaner’s actual charges, $10 + Dry Cleaning Cost. It is $10.00 an order, however much you send, chosen while booking. Cleaning is done by a local dry cleaner, not by us, and their charge is passed through at cost. Your clothes are our responsibility while they are with us; the cleaning itself is on the cleaner's terms. Please keep wedding dresses, fur, leather and anything irreplaceable out of this one.

Move your laundry to the front of the line. It is $15.00 an order, however much you send, chosen while booking.

Yes. We pick up from your doorstep in Zephyrhills, Dade City, and select areas of Wesley Chapel including Epperson and Mirada. Enter your address when booking to confirm we come to you.

Wash and fold is $49.99 per 13-gallon bag, our standard pricing unit. You fill whatever you use, a bag, hamper, or tote, and we measure it against that standard. One bag is the minimum. That is the whole price: pickup and delivery are included and there is no service fee on top. Add-ons are the only extras, and you choose those yourself. Your Sparkleberry bag comes free with your second order.

No. Your scent choice, hangers, and pickup and delivery are always included. Optional upgrades (Priority, Sunshine Dry, and Dry Cleaning Concierge) are chosen by you while booking, so you see every cost up front.

Two of them. $189.99 a month for a collection every week, or $94.99 a month for one every other week, which works out at two collections most months and three in some. Either way you choose the day, one bag of every collection is included, plan collections go to the front of the queue, and extra bags and add-ons are charged on the day as usual. It is charged whether or not there is a bag out. You can start one while booking your first collection, and cancel any time: we keep picking up until the month you have paid for runs out.

Next-day delivery: picked up by noon, delivered back by 8pm the next day. Saturday pickups are delivered Monday.

No. Put your bags by your front door before 8:00am, or anywhere you tell us to look, and we do the rest. Collection and return are both contactless.

No problem, any bag, hamper, or tote you have on hand works fine. Just skip hangers, since they can be damaged during transport.

Yes. Choose a scent from our scent menu, go fragrance free, or pick a surprise scent.

We use Tide Free & Gentle as our standard detergent. It is a premium, dermatologist-tested formula that gives a powerful clean without dyes or perfumes.

Prefer your own products? No problem. If you have a detergent you know and love, simply provide it with your laundry and we'll use it according to your preferences.

Yes. Every order starts with a clean machine. Your household's laundry is never combined with another customer's load: it is washed, dried and folded as its own order from pickup to delivery.

Sparkleberry is woman owned and operated. Only women wash and fold your laundry: Tiffany and her daughters.

Yes! Collared shirts are hung by default and lightly steamed when needed so they come back looking neat and ready to wear. Other items are carefully folded unless you request otherwise.

Comforters and blankets aren't priced separately. Just fit them in the bag like everything else. A short list of items we can't take at all (pillows, hats, fur or animal coats, leather, silk and contaminated items) is in our What We Wash section above. Not sure about something? Just ask.
